Trading Notes:
- Sold VXRT - Why? VXRT stated the hamster study on C19 showed that body weight and Lung function passed the C19 challenge. Yet left out was any statement on antibodies in the hamsters. Then they announce a $250 M stock placement to dilute shares. This does not pass the smell test for me. I am out of VXRT for now at a break even. Both stocks are in the 6's today. AUY seems like a less risk than VXRT and AUY is possibly a safer long term potential gainer.
- Bought some Yamana Gold (AUY) in the 6's. This stock has been on my watch list to see it can break out of the swing trading in the 5's and 6's. If the Democrats get in as currently projected, I suspect gasoline, heating oil and commodities will be going much higher. ( Oh God, this independent surely hopes the phony Dems do NOT get in!) - On a Democratic win, gasoline at $6 and higher will not surprise me. Gold at $5000 to $10,000 and ounce with silver much higher as well. The election on Nov 3rd, if Biden wins, seems to be a forever (bad) change for America because their hidden agenda to change the way we count votes will mean a one party system leading to socialism. AUY may go much higher and if it does, it may be a hedge to sky rocket inflation that the democrats will cause. These are my opinions and so I will roll into some Yamana Gold and see about accumulating on the dips.
- Added some Sorrento (SRNE) in a cautiously optimistic view on their STI1499 antibiotic to treat C19. This is in defiance of the short sellers attacking it today. In today's view SNRE dips may be a "buy some" opportunity. key word: "may" but I am in some SRNE to see.
- Maintaining Dry Powder as well.
