The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) in computing has been thrust upon the world. The pros and cons of exactly how it will play out for us mere humans is a bit uncertain. However, AI is a useful tool that brings together many relevant sources to help answer queries in an interactive way that can be most helpful. BUT it is NOT a foolproof way to consistently help derive final and accurate answers to queries made by us humans. In short, you just can't always trust what AI comes up with. Several stocks involved with AI have flourished such as the leading chip maker, NVDA.
We have also pointed out that AI queries require much larger energy supplies to meet the needs. The big data center companies are planning connections to future Power supplies driven by nuclear power plants and Small Modular Reactors (SMR's) on the drawing boards.
However, what is the next generation of computing power to drive such growing demand? Could it be Quantum computing?

We keep an eye on the market, but it can be hard to watch all the stocks. Sometimes, a small company stock will "pop" and it suddenly grabs our attention. and sometimes it's almost like a scam or a "Pump and dump" and sometimes, in a few rare cases, it's the start of something significant. If you are venturing further in this post, please keep the above in mind because I am not sure exactly where this situation falls on the scale between pump and a real significant milestone for long term gain.

Many times, after a "pop" you will see profit taking.
Sometimes, the pop represents something that could be a transition into something of impact.
In making a buy sell hold decision - the hard part can be in judging if it's too late or just a little late or actually early.
Semiconductors use electrons and "holes" to move and process bits of data in computers.
What if a company in the US has developed products to use and process elements of light called Photons ? and what if this company made a first sale to another entity? The scarier question to an American is what if it was to an entity in Asia instead of a US company pursuing advancements?

As a stock, QUBT merits watching .
BUT - we watch stocks here and also point out when one is more speculative . The view here is QUBT is to be considered a "spec stock" with all the cautions and caveats that may apply. It was just noticed here as a "pop stock" - so do your own due diligence on QBUT. Generally when it comes to " spec stocks" the rule here is a saying we use - from None to just some - and not too much, if any.
In summary - QUBT may be an interesting stock to watch from the sidelines or maybe with just a few shares to see how it plays out. This is just a report on QUBT pop stock and is NOT a buy / Sell recommendation.
